Amplifying the mission–driven innovation economy.
What we do.
-
We partner with private funders, family offices, donor-advised funds, and philanthropic foundations to design impact investment strategies that are sustainable, justice-minded and legacy-building.
-
We understand the unique challenges of impact-driven companies, especially those disrupting the status quo. From startup phase through growth and acquisition/IPO, we can offer advising, networking, consulting and fractional leadership to reduce risk and support innovators in times of uncertainty and growth.
-
Whether your organization is a nonprofit managing audits, a for-profit company seeking funding, or an investor evaluating a deal, we find the nuances, risks and opportunities and help you build and manage a sustainable path toward success.
-
We are generous with our social capital and value the power of the network effect. Connect with us to share your mission and we’ll help you build catalytic connections.
-
We aim to pioneer a more equitable world where everyone has a chance to build solutions and create generational wealth. Reach out to discuss narrative change opportunities through print, podcast or public appearance.
Meet the founder.
Kasem Rodriguez Mohsen is an impact investor and social entrepreneur who has raised over $100M for his startups and has scaled and sold three companies over a 20-year career. A formally trained data scientist and organizational psychologist, he helped steer the Revolution in Training for the U.S. Navy and UK Ministry of Defence before joining his first medical tech startup as COO, where he led a hyper-growth phase resulting in an acquisition by WebMD. He has successfully steered mergers, acquisitions, and change management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, national non-profits, and government institutions at both the State and Federal level.
